Starting with great leadership!

Every organization has a leader and that organization IS going exactly where that leader is leading it. If you are the leader, whether you like or  don’t like the direction of your organization, you might want to look in the mirror to find the reason. If it is on track and going where you are headed, then great! You are doing an awesome job of leading. If it isn’t, quit blaming others and show them how to get where they need to go. (Hint: If you haven’t been there, you can’t lead them there.)
